Carolina Dellafiori, founder of Guiding Star Renovation, LLC, is a New Jersey Realtor and Licensed Contractor. Carolina was raised in Santiago, Chile, where her Grandmother was a successful real estate broker and Carolina’s biggest inspiration. Carolina’s grandmother showed her how rewarding Real Estate could be, helping each and every client achieve their dream of home ownership, and decided to pursue the same path. Throughout her tenure as a Realtor, Carolina met and partnered with many Contractors to assist her clients with their needs. Whether it be to prepare a property for sale or to perfect a property purchased, Carolina knew she had what it took to get the job done, with fantastic results. With many successes, Carolina decided to expand her passion and is now a Licensed Contractor, offering full in-house services to her clients. Using her wealth of knowledge, her attention to detail, and her connections in the construction industry, Carolina is the go-to for her clients, from start to finish, and beyond.
